According the linked article below, the Power & Light District of Kansas City is now The Power & White District (not a title I’d like to have) because they kicked DJ Jazzy Jeff off stage for playing a T.I. song. Jeff’s twitter posting, that I read Saturday night, has been responded to by many fans, friends and fellow DJs including Z-Trip, who opened for him on Saturday night. Since I read Jazzy Jeff and Z-Trip’s tweets Saturday night as events were happening, I have a feeling that Cordish Company is trying to cover up another racial hole they dug. You decide.
